Helps to properly lockout valve handles from 1" up to 14" diameter. Designed with (2) flattened half-moons that completely cover the valve wheel. Made from polypropylene plastic. Fully dielectric and resistant to extreme temperature changes (-50º F to 360º F). Resistant to cracking and abrasion. Available in four colors: red, yellow, blue and green. Color choices are in compliance with those recommended in ANSI Z353.1.
